As the Director of Digital Marketing at Del Monte Foods (Del Monte Foods and Big Heart Pet Brands (part of JM Smucker)), Doug transformed digital marketing and the marketing organization at large. He is credited with the development of a comprehensive consumer engagement strategy across Del Monte’s portfolio of 17 brands, such as Del Monte, Contadina, College Inn, Milk-Bone, 9Lives, and Kibbles ‘n Bits.

Doug is recognized as a thought leader in digital marketing, brand advertising, and ad-tech. His leadership and achievements have garnered several industry awards, such as Cannes Cyber Lion, Yahoo!’s Big Idea Chair, Effie, and a London International Award. Doug frequently speaks at industry events such as iMedia, OMMA, IAB, ANA and CEB.
